We can get through this together, but we need to focus on building rhythm and resilience in our day-to-day life by living Quadrants of Well-Being: mechanical, chemical, energetical, psychospiritual.
This session includes the Building Rhythm and Resilience Assessment that will be provided to registrants in advance of the presentation.
Bayleigh Soza, Program Manager of Small Changes Big Shifts and co-host of the Small Changes Big Shifts podcast, is a passionate advocate for whole-person well-being and creating generational change. With a degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy and a career dedicated to holistic health, Bayleigh plays a vital role in enhancing the wellness of individuals and communities. She oversees all operations of Small Changes Big Shifts, including the Kansas City Wellness Consortium, Quadrant Education programs, corporate wellness keynotes, and the Shift Experience journey. Through her leadership, podcasting, and community involvement, Bayleigh inspires meaningful shifts toward healthier, more connected lives.
