The Senior Benefits Analyst will be a key member of the benefits team, responsible for managing the administration of the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and the non-qualified Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP) for the organization. This role will ensure smooth administration and compliance of all assigned plans and benefits. Encouraged to look at all programs with fresh eyes and drive process improvements and new ideas forward.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, human resources, or related field or combination education/related work experience
- 5+ years related work experience with responsibility for a variety of benefit plans for a large, multi-state employer
- Strong knowledge and understanding of regulations and compliance requirements across applicable federal, state, and local regulations such as ERISA, ACA, IRC Section 401(k), IRC Section 125, HIPAA, FMLA, and ADAA
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively, work independently
- Familiar with various HRIS and benefits administration systems (Workday).
