Key Responsibilities:
- Develop salary administration and variable pay programs
- Manage job evaluation, analyze market data, and determine FLSA classifications
- Conduct compensation surveys and recommend salary structure adjustments
- Monitor total rewards trends to maintain competitive programs
- Advise Bank management on compensation strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum six years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Certified Compensation Professional certification or equivalent required
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau preferred
Pay Range: $92,700 to $143,000
