Brandi Riggs is VP, Human Resources at McCownGordon Construction. She leads the Human Resource team to attract and retain the best industry talent through engagement and associate experience initiatives.  She also leads the Wellbeing Team, Women in Leadership programming and serves on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering committee at McCownGordon. She and her team are committed to creating a great place for associates to come to work each day. Brandi’s background includes sales management, human resources, and organizational development. She serves on the TeamKC Advisory Board, Kansas City Chamber Healthy KC Commission, Board of Directors at her local church, Avila University MSOD Advisory Board and is a Past President of the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Kansas City.

Dana Streck leads WellSky’s people and talent organization. Before joining WellSky, Dana was senior director of workforce transitions for Cerner Corporation, where she welcomed and transitioned new team members into Cerner through client partnerships and acquisitions. With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, Dana has successfully partnered with business leaders to drive workforce initiatives that benefit both companies and clients, while simultaneously creating environments that support growth and innovation.

Amber Miller Manning is Chief Service Officer with The Miller Group and manages the service team and client experience for the Employee Benefits, Commercial Insurance, Surety and Private Risk Management divisions of The Miller Group. Under her leadership and guidance, the group ensures delivery of The Miller Group service platform, including: client services, financial analytics, pharmacy consulting, safety services, risk management, compliance and communications.  Amber is a native of Kansas City and third generation family employee of The Miller Group.  She earned her B.A. in sociology from Loyola University in Chicago and studied art history in Rome, Italy. Her community involvement includes board positions on the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation. She was named one of the Kansas City Business Journal’s 2017 NextGen Leaders. In 2019 The Journal named her one of the Women Who Mean Business.
