Tim Bartlett is the Vice President of Global Total Rewards & Employee Relations for Black & Veatch, leading the strategy, design, administration, and communication of global total reward programs, including executive compensation, broad-based compensation and benefits, retirement plans, and wellbeing for approximately 9,000 employees across 26 countries.  He is responsible for driving a positive and collaborative environment through employment policies, procedures, and employment practices, leading investigations into key matters, and overseeing compliance with employment regulations across their global footprint.  For the past 12 months he has served as the interim leader for HR, responsible for talent acquisition, global mobility, talent services, and HR business partners for all company business lines.

Jessica Eggers is the Chief People Officer at nbkc bank, where she oversees all facets of HR strategy and execution, as well as leading teams to provide best in class employee experience, drive company culture initiatives and focus on employee and leadership development. nbkc bank has been honored as a Best Place to Work in Kansas City for two consecutive years. Chad Johnson is the Talent Acquisition Leader at Imperial PFS, which is the industry leader in commercial premium financing. They provide short-term loans for businesses and individuals to obtain property and casualty insurance coverage, thus freeing up capital and allowing them to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. IPFS works with agency partners to ensure a seamless premium finance experience for all parties involved. What began in 1977 with one branch in Kansas City, MO has grown to more than 30 branches and over 550 Associates in the US and Canada.


Angela Kennedy is Director - Investor Relations at TeamKC. As director of the Kansas City Area Development Council's talent recruitment initiative, TeamKC: Life+Talent, Angela drives the creation and expansion of its ever-growing suite of resources to help candidates fall in love with the Kansas City region alongside a job opportunity. She shares her passion to grow OneKC by working directly with the top 300 employers in the KC area to showcase "Why KC?" to talented individuals.  Angela also acts as Editor-in-Chief of KC Options magazine. Angela plays a key role in managing KCADC investor recruitment and retention, connecting member companies with opportunities across the organization.
