This webinar will feature Greg Stoskopf and Doug Tapp from Deloitte Consulting Global Compensation Strategies group presenting highlight’s of Deloitte’s 2020 Global Survey of Job Architecture Policies and Practices. Topics covered by the survey and this presentation will include practices around job titling, job leveling, career pathing, job evaluation methodologies and the influence of the Future of Work on job architecture. The survey represents the largest global survey of job architecture practices to date, and will provide guidance for those who are developing a new job architecture or determining how to update their current job architecture to optimize HCM performance and/or talent management outcomes.


Greg Stoskopf

  • Greg is a Managing Director in the Human Capital practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he is the Leader of the Global Compensation Strategies Solutions. Greg also serves on Deloitte’s Global Rewards Leadership Committee and leads Deloitte’s Global Job Architecture Service Offering.
  • Greg focuses on designing and implementing strategic performance and compensation systems, including incentive compensation, talent, and total reward strategies designed to enhance the attraction and retention of critical talent segments and drive business performance.
  • Greg has more than 30 years of experience in compensation and performance management design and implementation. His clients represent a broad range of industries, including consumer products, financial services, media, manufacturing, health care, professional services, government.

Doug Tapp

  • Doug Tapp is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s National Compensation Strategies practice with more than 25 years of consulting and corporate total rewards experience. He has experience advising clients in all areas of total rewards, including compensation design, job architecture, executive compensation, governance, pay equity and benefit program design.
  • Doug has led several large-scale, global total rewards strategy projects in the Retail and Consumer industries including new job architecture/pay structure development, incentive program design, performance management and pay equity solutions.
  • Doug has served on the National Compensation Advisory Board for WorldatWork and has co-authored articles published in WorldatWork’s Workspan magazine and National Association of Corporate Directors. He frequently speaks locally and nationally on total rewards topics.
